Welcome to The Power of One Consulting. My name is Ebony Wilkins Owner and Principal Conversationalist at the Power of One. I hold several certifications in the D&I and Human Resources fields. I am a Cornell University certified Diversity and Inclusion Practitioner, a Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) Senior Certified Professional, a certified trainer in Crucial Conversations and I hold SHRM’s Inclusive Workplace Specialty Credential. Our consultants support organizations throughout each phase of their Diversity, Equity and Inclusion journey. We specialize in providing tailored solutions that help organizations embrace diversity, create equitable practices, and cultivate a Culture of Belonging.
